What types of truck transmissions are there?

Common types include manual transmission and automatic transmission. Manual transmission has strong operating feel and low cost; automatic transmission can reduce driving fatigue and improve driving comfort. From the perspective of structural design, there are single intermediate shaft and double intermediate shaft transmissions. The single intermediate shaft transmission has high transmission efficiency in direct gear, but other gears have low efficiency except direct gear; the double intermediate shaft transmission has a simple main shaft structure and does not require high assembly processability, but the transmission efficiency is also reduced.
